Catherine Taylor (they/them) is a certified personal trainer with a passion for making fitness fun, accessible, and empowering for every body. Since 2015, they've been helping clients of all abilities reach their personal goals—whether that’s building strength, improving mobility, boosting confidence, or just finding joy in movement.

A CrossFit Level 2 trainer, Catherine brings both expertise and enthusiasm to every session. While they specialize in CrossFit, their true strength lies in meeting people where they’re at and showing them that fitness doesn’t have to be intimidating—it can be exciting, energizing, and uniquely yours.

Why Cardinal Performance you ask?

The town I grew up in is called Cardinal! Not that deep lol.

Performance can also refer to athletics and/or art… so i’m really just getting two queer birds stoned at once here 😏​
